He is survived by his wife, Joyce Schutz-Harvey; daughter, Desiree L.She lived in New Jersey for much of her adult life.Dorothy lived with her daughter, Suzanne, in Dansville most recently.Howard was predeceased by his parents; his son, Howard “Buzz” Frum; and his brother, Glenn Frum. Norm was born in Clifton Springs, NY on May 24, 1934. After retirement he was a Bus Driver for Marcus Whitman Central Schools.
